Preserve the natural look and color of your tile, natural stone, concrete, exposed aggregate, pool deck or any stone work with Neutral Seal! Won’t crack, yellow or peel, offers UV protection. Lasts up to 3 years!
• Depending on existing surface, clean area to be sealed with LayorCare’s Pre-Treat Cleaner or Heavy Calcium Releaser if calcium or efflorescence is present.
• Apply Neutral Seal with brush, roller or airless sprayer.
• Always use full strength--DO NOT DILUTE.
• Two coats are recommended. Allow to dry to touch before applying additional coats.
• Surface can be walked on after 1 hour.
• Let cure for 24 hours before applying standing water. (fountain, pool, spa)
• Product covers approximately 600-1000 sq ft per gallon per single coat application.
• Neutral Seal will last up to 3 years when properly maintained!
